A bit of holiday magic ~

Every year it seems that there are one or two Christmas decorations that stand out for me, that I seem to have more fun doing.

This is one of those. I bought the wire stand on a whim several months ago and this is the first time I have used it. I knew I wanted to do something with it for Christmas, but what?

So here in a corner of my kitchen I made a snowball stand!

Snowballs for sale, only 5 cents each. And here in Sunny California no less...only for the holiday season, a real miracle considering it is in the sixties outside.

I used some of my clear glass ornaments and Styrofoam balls from Michael's: instant snowballs and they won't melt.

It's my little bit of Christmas magic, and everyone deserves a little magic during the holiday season.

Brrr...I think it is getting a little cold in here!

Thank you for visiting.

  6. Adrienne, only at your place would snow balls look so at home in SoCal. I love that you used your new stand for them. They look perfectly happy there. Your kitchen looks so pretty. I love your valance, the architectual elements and the french wording on the wall even though I can't read it..Happy Christmas, my friend..Judy
